Features of Trademo Intel

First and foremost, sign up on Trademo in 3 easy steps. Enter your name, email ID and create you own password. After you sign in, you will explore the following features:

1. Powerful Dashboard - The dashboard offers quick access to Prospect Importers List, Prospect Exporters List, Saved Searches, Download shipments, and Email Alerts that you have created. You will be able to view all the data that you have saved on the dashboard for further comparison and use

2. Search Shipments - Trademo Intel provides access to all US Import shipments entering into the country via ocean. You can perform a search on this data using keywords related to Product, relevant Importer/Exporter name, or any other data point of interest which is typically available in the Bill of Lading document.

All you need to do is select “Product Description” from the drop-down on the left and enter your product keywords in the search bar at the top. You can also select the date range for shipment arrivals in US. Once you enter the search, you will find all the shipments matching your product keywords. Each listed shipment record will include - Arrival Date, product description, quantity, weight, importer name, importer address, exporter name, exporter address, country of origin etc.

3. Apply Filters - You can narrow your search by applying powerful filters with respect to Importer Name, Exporter Name, Country of Origin, Port of Arrival, Bill of Lading type and Shipment Weight category. This would help you in navigating through huge data and find relevant insights quickly

4. Unique Importers - Click on the “Unique Importers” tab on the left and you will find a list of unique importers for the shipments in search results. You will get the Importer Company Name, Number of Shipments, and Overall Weight of shipments for each importer. If you are an exporter or logistics company, you can build a list of “Prospect Importers” by simply adding these unique importers to the list

5. Unique Exporters - Just like “Unique Importers”, click on the “Unique Exporters” tab and you will find a list of unique exporters with the details as above. If you are an importer or logistics company, you can build a list of “Prospect Exporters” by simply adding unique exporters to the list

6. Set Email Alert - If you want to track shipments matching your search on an ongoing basis, you can also set an email alert . You will start receiving regular email updates regarding such shipments

7. Shipment Details - Click on “+” icon on any shipment to further view its details such as the Bill of lading No, Importer/Exporter Address, HS Code, US port of arrival, Bill of Lading Type, Place of Receipt, Carrier Name, Vessel Name, Container and Notify party details. You can also download the shipment details in a pdf format

8. Advance Search - To make the search experience even better we have also incorporated Advanced Search in Trademo Intel. You can search shipments on different parameters like Product, Carrier Name, Exporter Address and Port of Arrival in one go

9. Save Search - You can save the search that you performed for the future. This would save all the details related to search like search phrase, filters etc. So next time you can just reload the saved search to get the results immediately

10. Download Shipments - You can export the shipment records into an excel sheet and further share it with your team or use it later to analyze the data as per your requirement and at your convenience. Note: *If selected count is more than 500, shipments are emailed
