This privacy notice explains how Trademo Technologies Inc and its affiliates, (“we”, “us”, “our”) Process personal information collected from natural persons as specified below in the section HOW DO WE COLLECT, USE, AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? as a controller (“you”). We mainly Process your personal information in the United States and India. However, we may transfer personal information outside the United States and India for the purposes referred to in the “HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION” section. We will ensure that the recipient of your personal information offers an adequate level of protection that is at least comparable to that which is provided under applicable data protection laws.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area and when your personal information is Processed outside EEA, we will ensure that the recipient of your personal information offers an adequate level of protection, for instance by entering into standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal information as approved by the European Commission (Article 46 General Data Privacy Regulation, 2016), or we will ask you for your prior consent to such international data transfers.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to Process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further Processing until deletion is possible.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Website is at your own risk. You should only access the Website within a secure environment.
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please submit a request form by sending an email to our data protection authority whose contact information is provided below. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
We will verify any requests before acting on the request and respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
SHINE THE LIGHT LAW:
“Shine the Light Law” of Civil Code § 1798.83 permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Disclosure of Personal Information: We have disclosed the categories of personal information listed above for a business purpose in the twelve (12) months prior to the Effective Date and may disclose such personal information to service providers or contractors or to any other third parties who support our business provided (a) they do not sell or share such personal information or (b) retain, use or disclose such information for any purpose other than for the specific purpose of performing the Services specified in our contract with them or (c) combine such information with any other information received directly by them. We do not sell or share personal information without providing you the right to opt out. We do not sell or share the personal information of minors. We shall not disclose further the personal information collected for verification of a consumer’s request or retain it longer than it is necessary for the purpose of verification.

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information and will also instruct our service providers and contractors to delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any Processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Verification Process
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.

This privacy notice is only applicable to the personal information collected from you for the purposes mentioned under the Section HOW DO WE COLLECT, USE, AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may receive your personal information from social media platforms, in case you choose to register for our Services through these platforms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.
We may receive your personal information from third-party data vendors to perform our Services. We will make sure that such personal information has been collected on a legitimate basis. Though, it is the responsibility of the third-party data vendors to ensure that it has all the necessary authorizations and approvals to transmit such personal information to us. We shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transfer of such personal information by third-party vendors.
We may receive your personal information from our Customers as part of the Customer Data in order to perform our Services. We only act as a processor in relation to such personal information. In such instances, your data privacy questions and requests should be submitted to the Customer in its capacity as a controller. We are not responsible for Customers’ privacy or security practices which may be different from this notice. Customers are solely responsible for establishing policies for and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as any and all privacy policies, agreements, or other obligations, relating to the collection of personal information in connection with the use of the Services.
Our Website contains links to other websites. Our privacy notice applies only to our Website, so if you click on a link to another Website, You should read their privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any such other websites to understand their personal information practices.
