28 Entities Added to the US Export Administration Regulations(EAR) for Colluding with Russia

The Bureau of Industry & Security under the US Department of Commerce have recently added 28 Entities to the Export Administration Regulations. These entities deal in dual-use goods and services with both civilian and military applications.

The sanctions on these entities are scheduled to be published on 17th April, 2023. The sanctions are mainly aimed at entities that actively deal with Russia, China, and Iran.

The 28 entities added originate from various countries - Armenia (1), China(12), Malta (1), Russia (10), Singapore (1), Spain (1), Syria (1), Turkey (1), UAE (2), and Uzbekistan (2).

All of the companies & entities targeted with the latest round of sanctions directly or indirectly are dealing with the Russian government and providing goods/services to the Russian military in their invasion of Ukraine.

The US department of commerce deems their actions as a violation to US national security and foreign policy. Here is a list of the 28 entities divided based on their country of origin -
