US Terrorism General Licences and SDN List Changes

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has issued the following General Licenses (GLs) for transactions involving Houthis:

Counter Terrorism General License 22: Authorizes the provision of agricultural, medicine, and medical equipment, including replacement parts and software.
Counter Terrorism General License 23: Authorizes transactions related to telecommunications and certain internet-based communications.
Counter Terrorism General License 24: Authorizes non-commercial, personal remittances.
Counter Terrorism General License 25: Authorizes transactions related to refined petroleum products in Yemen.
Counter Terrorism General License 26: Authorizes certain transactions necessary to port and airport operations.

OFAC has also updated the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, adding the following individual:
