Problem Statement
MTI Forwarding is a ground freight forwarder specializing in US-Mexico trade. Even after partnering with a forwarder in Mexico, their revenue growth was not up to the mark. Unable to generate enough leads for their business, they could not close more than a few dozen deals in a month.
